Our Practice

Patients can see plastic surgeon Dr. David Ross at any of his three practice locations in Melbourne, Victoria for consultations regarding cosmetic surgery of the face, body, and breast, as well as reconstructive surgery, hand surgery, paediatric plastic surgery, and non-surgical skin rejuvenation.

For patients seen at the Brighton office of Bayside Plastic Surgery, smaller surgical procedures can be undertaken in our surgical procedure room. However, the majority of cosmetic and plastic surgery procedures are usually performed in the local private hospitals and day surgery facilities.

Similarly in Clayton, at Monash Plastic Surgery, we do have facilities to undergo smaller surgical procedures in our procedure room, but most procedures are undertaken in the adjacent Sir John Monash Private Hospital. Dr. Ross also regularly operates at Linacre Private Hospital in Hampton and at Masada Private Hospital in Caulfield.
In Frankston at Peninsula Plastic Surgery, Dr. Ross does undertake small local anaesthetic procedures in the Frankston Private Day Surgery facility associated with the Frankston Private Consulting Suites, where his Peninsula Plastic Surgery practice is based. He also operates regularly at the Peninsula Private Hospital in Frankston, where he performs larger cosmetic surgery and reconstructive surgery procedures.

Dr. David Ross has extensive training and experience and is therefore able to offer a comprehensive selection of reconstructive and cosmetic surgery procedures, including liposuction, facelift, breast augmentation, breast reconstruction, skin rejuvenation, cleft palate surgery, hand surgery, and more. Plastic surgeon David Ross, M.D. is uniquely qualified to perform all of the latest reconstructive and cosmetic surgery procedures at a variety of Melbourne private hospitals. As Dr. Ross was involved in the development of endoscopic plastic surgery techniques during his training at Emory University in Atlanta, he has assumed a leading role in Australia’s development of this type of endoscopic (keyhole) and minimal scar surgery. Therefore his patients have access to the safest and least invasive surgical procedures available.

To maintain his reputation as one of the premier plastic surgeons in Melbourne, Victoria, and across Australia, Dr. Ross continues to upgrade his medical expertise by attending national and international conferences and workshops. Under the leadership of Dr. David Ross, Bayside Plastic Surgery continues to gain a solid reputation for quality patient care.
